The 30 minute figure is repeated everywhere and traces to no published human measurement.

Figures from minutes to hours circulate. TB-500 as sold is a short fragment, and the published work is on the full-length protein, so the two are not interchangeable.

NAD+
No usable figure published

The only human infusion study found NAD+ disappeared from the blood so fast and so completely that no half-life could be worked out. The 45 minutes and 2 hours quoted on vendor sites have no source.

SS-31 (Elamipretide)
Not stated on the label

The Forzinity label has no half-life in it. Section 12.3 gives time to peak concentration of 0.5 to 1 hour, 92 percent bioavailability, and near-complete recovery in urine by 48 hours, which points to a short half-life without stating one. The 2 to 3 hour figure circulating online does not come from the label.

Never studied in humans. The 15 to 30 minutes quoted online is borrowed from AOD-9604, which is a related but different fragment.

The 5 to 8 hour figure is usually credited to a 2019 University of Vienna study. No such study can be found.

IGF-1 LR3
Not established

The 20 to 30 hours repeated across vendor sites traces to no primary source, and animal clearance data points the other way. LR3 is built to slip past the binding proteins that hold ordinary IGF-1 in circulation, which should make it clear faster rather than slower.

PEG-MGF
Not established

Attaching PEG to a peptide does extend how long it lasts, which is why the days-long figures sound plausible. No study has measured it.

N-Acetyl Semax Amidate
Not established

The modified version has not been characterised at all. Even plain semax rests on Russian-language work that reports effects rather than clearance.

Cerebrolysin
Not a single number

Cerebrolysin is a mixture of peptides and amino acids from pig brain rather than one molecule, so a single half-life would not mean much. The 2.5 to 6 hours quoted online traces to no primary source.

Thymalin
Not established

A Russian registered product, but no pharmacokinetic study has been published. The 30 minutes quoted online traces to no source.

The modified version has not been characterised at all. Even plain selank rests on Russian-language work that reports effects rather than clearance.

Worth knowing

A half-life is not how long it works

Short does not mean dose more often

Tesamorelin clears in minutes and is injected once a day, because what matters is the pulse it sets off rather than how long it lingers.

The number belongs to a product

Tesamorelin has three approved products and three different figures. Growth hormone has nine. A half-life without a product attached is not really an answer.

Effects can outlast the peptide

Something can be gone from your blood in an hour and still be changing what your cells do the next day. These are two different questions.

Common questions

Why do other charts have numbers where yours are blank?

Because they did not check. The Forzinity label has no half-life anywhere in it, and the figure widely credited to it is not in the document. The same is true of the 30 minutes for CJC-1295 without DAC.

Can I work out my dosing from this?

No, and it is the main thing people try to do with a chart like this. Half-life tells you how fast something leaves. It does not tell you how long the effect lasts, and for most of these nobody has measured that either.

What do the colors mean?

How solid the number is. Dark green came off an approved drug label. Lighter green came from a study. Amber means it was only ever measured in animals, and the row says which. A hollow circle means nobody measured it.

Why is BPC-157 shown in rats?

Because that is the only place it has been measured. There is no published human half-life for BPC-157, and every human-sounding figure online is an animal number with the species dropped off it.
