What has happened recently
Not approved in any country. Phase 3 trials (120 mg once daily, alone and combined with oral semaglutide) were announced at the ADA meeting in June 2026, but no results have been published in a peer-reviewed journal. NA-931 has never been sold as an injectable by its developer; any vial labeled NA-931, Bioglutide or GLP-4 is an unregulated grey-market product, and independent tests of such vials have found a different compound every time.
