Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the team behind Peptide Decoding to explain what data we collect, how we store it, and what rights you have.

Effective date: July 20, 2026

Quick summary: We collect only the data needed to run the app — your account email, saved peptide plans, vendor prices, and billing status. We do not sell your data. We use secure hosting and encryption in transit. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@digitalcaregivers.com.

1. What this site is

Peptide Decoding is a reference and planning tool for research peptides. It does not sell peptides, provide medical advice, or recommend doses. This policy covers the website at peptidedecoding.com and any related services we operate.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following information when you use the site:

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to operate and improve the service:

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and process payments. We also use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to measure site usage. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data according to Google's privacy policy.

You can disable analytics cookies through your browser settings or by using a tracking blocker. Essential cookies required for login and payments cannot be disabled without breaking those features.

5. Where data is stored

The app runs on cloud hosting and database services, which provide the database, authentication, and hosting infrastructure. Data is stored in secure data centers operated by those infrastructure providers. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and the database is encrypted at rest by the platform.

This is a description of platform capabilities we rely on, not an independent security certification or audit statement.

6. Subprocessors and integrations

We use the following service providers to run the app:

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We choose providers that align with standard security practices, but we do not control their infrastructure.

7. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and user-created content within 30 days. Some technical logs and billing records may be kept longer as required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

8. Access, correction, and deletion

You can update your account email and password from the Account page. You can delete saved plans, vendor prices, inventory entries, and stacks directly in the app. To request full account deletion or to ask about data we hold, email us at hello@digitalcaregivers.com.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. We will respond to reasonable requests within 30 days.

9. Security

We protect your account with password authentication, leaked-password detection at sign-up, and secure session management. Pro features are gated by server-side billing checks. We do not store passwords in plain text.

No system is perfectly secure. We follow reasonable security practices, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

10. Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
