About the terms and this site

What are the Terms of Use?

The Terms of Use are the legal agreement between you and Peptide Decoding. They explain the rules for using the site, what you can and cannot do, what happens when you create an account, how payments work, and how disputes are resolved.

Does the site give medical advice?

No. Peptide Decoding is an informational and planning tool for research peptides. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend any specific product, dose, or protocol. Nothing on the site creates a doctor-patient relationship or telehealth service. Always talk to a qualified clinician before making any health decision.

Who can use the site?

You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. We can suspend or delete accounts that violate the rules or that we believe pose a legal or security risk.

Your account and data

What happens to my personal data?

We store the minimum data needed to run the site: your account credentials (handled by our cloud hosting and database services), any plans, vendor prices, inventory notes, and stacks you create, and essential cookies for sign-in and site security. We do not sell your personal data. We keep most account data for 30 days after you delete your account, then remove it. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Who owns the data I create?

You own the plans, vendor prices, and notes you create. You give us a limited license to store and display them so the site can work. You can delete your own content at any time, either by deleting it on the relevant page or by deleting your account.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can request account deletion from your Account page or by emailing us. Deleting your account will also remove the data you created, subject to our 30-day retention period for backups and legal records.

Payments and subscriptions

What do I get with the free plan?

Free users can search compounds, use the calculator, and save one plan. Pro features such as unlimited saved plans, vendor management, inventory, and stacks require a paid subscription or a lifetime plan.

How do Pro subscriptions work?

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current or past billing periods. We send a renewal reminder at least 7 days before each renewal where required by law.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days. We may issue a refund at our discretion when there is a clear billing error or a technical problem caused by the site.

Who processes my payment?

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.

Arbitration and disputes

What does arbitration mean?

Arbitration means that most disputes about the site or these terms will be resolved by a private arbitrator rather than in a courtroom. The arbitrator's decision is generally final and can be enforced in court. This applies to disputes arising out of your use of the site, the terms, or any related claim.

Can I opt out of arbitration?

Yes. You can opt out of the arbitration agreement by emailing hello@digitalcaregivers.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, any dispute will be resolved in the courts described in the Terms. Keep a copy of your opt-out email for your records.

What is the class-action waiver?

The class-action waiver means that any dispute must be brought individually. You agree not to participate in class actions, collective actions, representative actions, or private attorney general actions against us. If you opt out of arbitration, the class-action waiver still applies to court proceedings unless a court says otherwise.

What law governs these terms?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that are not resolved through arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Intellectual property and content

Who owns the site content?

The reference content, design, code, and branding of the site are owned by Peptide Decoding or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not republish or redistribute the content in bulk without permission.

What if I think content on the site infringes my copyright?

Send a written DMCA notice to hello@digitalcaregivers.com. It must include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work and the material on the site, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. We will review notices and remove or disable access where appropriate.

Limitations and disclaimers

What is the site responsible for?

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that every calculation, reference dose, or vendor note is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. Our liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100, unless prohibited by law.

What if the site is unavailable or loses data?

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your account and data, but we cannot guarantee that the site will always be available or that data will never be lost. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Changes and contact

Can the terms change?

Yes. We may update the terms as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of the Terms page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the site and delete your account.

How do I contact you?
