Vendor Watch lists what the FDA and the courts have put on paper about online peptide sellers, with the date we read each document, and checks weekly whether each seller's site still answers. It is here so you can find out before you place an order, not after. A letter on file does not mean a seller is dishonest or that its products are bad; it means an agency has made an allegation that the seller now has to answer, and that can change how the business behaves.
A seller appears here only when the document names the same web address the seller uses. Similar names are not matched; a letter to one company says nothing about another with a name like it. The right column is the newest weekly check of the seller's home page.

The FDA publishes its warning letter index as a downloadable spreadsheet. Once a week that file is pulled, filtered to letters from the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research about unapproved or misbranded drugs, and matched against the web addresses of the sellers we follow. For each new letter the same run opens the letter at fda.gov, reads the web address the FDA says it reviewed, and copies the product names as the letter writes them. A letter is attached to a seller only when that address is one the seller uses. A letter that cannot be read that way waits for a person.
The same weekly run re-reads the index entry for every letter already on file and records whether a response or closeout letter has been posted, with the date checked. The site check requests each seller's home page and records whether it answered and where it redirected. Three failed checks in a row are flagged for a person to look at; the tool never declares a seller gone on its own.
Not on this page: opinions about any seller, inferences from a name or address, press reports that have not been checked against the original document, and anything about product quality. A warning letter is about approval status and marketing; it is not a test of what is in a vial.
