What is CJC-1295 (no DAC) + GHRP-2 blend?
Plain language first. The technical label stays, but it never stands alone.Overview
It combines two peptides that each nudge the pituitary to release growth hormone, through two different receptors, in a single injection. It is the older cousin of the CJC-1295 and ipamorelin blend, with GHRP-2 in place of ipamorelin.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) + GHRP-2 is a pre-mixed blend of a GHRH analogue and a ghrelin-receptor peptide.
What it's used for
Raising growth hormone release for body composition, recovery, and sleep, with one injection instead of two.
How does CJC-1295 (no DAC) + GHRP-2 blend work?
What it does in the body, and where.CJC-1295 (no DAC) + GHRP-2 pairs two growth hormone secretagogues that work through different receptors. Neither has a controlled human trial as sold, and the blend has never been tested.
- 01CJC-1295 (no DAC) acts like the body's own GHRHIt binds the GHRH receptor on the pituitary, the same signal the hypothalamus uses to call for growth hormone.
- 02GHRP-2 acts on the ghrelin receptorIt binds a separate receptor on the pituitary and hypothalamus. That also triggers growth hormone release, and it is why hunger often rises.
- 03The pairing is an assumption, not a findingThe argument for the blend is that two receptors are better than one. Nobody has tested this vial against either peptide alone.

What else is it used for?
Each use below carries its own evidence level. Approved means regulators have cleared it for that purpose. Investigational means it is in trials. Early research means it is being studied and is not established.

How much, and do you cycle it?
The range, and whether you take breaks.0.1 mg CJC-1295 (no DAC) per dose (the rest follows your ratio), daily, often at night. Each half is cycled on its own schedule, usually 8 to 12 weeks on and 4 offCommunity practice
Continuous exposure to a ghrelin-receptor peptide such as GHRP-2 blunts the growth hormone response to a later dose. That is documented in people. The on and off schedule is not: no study has tested this blend on any schedule.

How long does it stay in the body?

The GHRP-2 figure was measured in children, given into a vein. The 30 minute figure repeated for CJC-1295 (no DAC) traces to no published human measurement.

How do I dose and price it?
Enter your vial and your dose. Pick a mix. We show the draw and the cost. The vial holds a fixed amount of drug. Adding more water does not make more drug, it just spreads it thinner, so you draw a bigger number on the syringe for the same dose.
The only ratio printed on the vendor pages checked was 2 mg of each. Several vendors sell a 10 mg vial without stating the split, and a vial whose label does not give the amount of each peptide cannot be dosed. Pick the option that matches your label, or enter your own.

The same arithmetic as the calculator, worked out for the vials vendors sell.Dose anchored to CJC-1295 (no DAC), at the commonly cited 0.1 mg per dose. Each table assumes one draw per dose. If you split it across more injections, divide the reading by the number of injections.

No published human study establishes a dose for this blend. The range comes from vendor and community practice and is anchored to one component, because a blend is one draw.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) is usually cited at about 100 mcg and GHRP-2 at 100 to 300 mcg. One draw from a 1:1 vial at the CJC-1295 dose delivers 100 mcg of GHRP-2, the bottom of its own range. Drawing enough to reach the top of the GHRP-2 range triples the CJC-1295.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) + GHRP-2 blend starts at $43.25 across 2 vendors.

How do you store it?
Before mixing, and after.Dry powder in the freezer or fridge. Once mixed, fridge, and use within about a month.
Unmixed lyophilized CJC-1295 (no DAC) + GHRP-2 blend keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.
What are the side effects and cautions?
Known cautions and warnings for this compound.Several vendors sell this blend as a 10 mg vial without printing how much of each peptide it holds. If your label does not give the amount of each, the dose cannot be worked out. Ask the vendor or do not use the vial.
Who should avoid it
- Active cancer, as a precaution with anything raising growth hormone
- Pregnancy
- Banned in drug-tested sport
Stop and get help
- Signs of an allergic reaction
- Persistent milky nipple discharge, a sign of raised prolactin from the GHRP-2
Common effects
- Injection-site reactions
- Increased hunger, from the GHRP-2
- Water retention
- Tiredness after dosing
- Tingling in the hands
- This is a blend, so the cautions of both peptides apply at once. It is also harder to tell which one caused a reaction.

What has happened recently
We have not yet written a full regulatory note for this compound. The status above is current as of the date shown.
Banned in drug-tested sport. Most research peptides are prohibited under WADA's S0 category, which covers any substance with no approval from any regulatory authority for human use. That means a compound can be banned without ever being named on the prohibited list. Check with your own anti-doping authority rather than assuming absence from the list means permitted.
