01

What is Chonluten?

Plain language first. The technical label stays, but it never stands alone.

Overview

It is marketed for lung and gut-lining support, but there is very little real human research behind it.

The technical version

Chonluten is a 3-amino-acid 'bioregulator' from the Russian Khavinson family.

What it's used for

A bioregulator for lung and gut-lining support, taken in short courses.

02

How does Chonluten work?

What it does in the body, and where.

Chonluten is three amino acids, marketed for lung and gut lining.

  1. 01
The claim is support for epithelial tissue
The lining layers of lung and intestine.
  2. 02
    No citable human evidence
The epithelial claims come from the same institute that sells the product, which is worth weighing.
03

What else is it used for?

Each use below carries its own evidence level. Approved means regulators have cleared it for that purpose. Investigational means it is in trials. Early research means it is being studied and is not established.

04

How much, and do you cycle it?

The range, and whether you take breaks.

Varies (course-based), courses. Courses of 10 to 20 days, repeated two or three times a yearCommunity practice

The course structure is how the Khavinson protocols specify these and how they are sold. No trial has compared course dosing against continuous use, or established how long the gap between courses should be.

05

How long does it stay in the body?

The half-life, and where the figure comes from.

Nothing publishedNo figure

No half-life has ever been published for any of the Russian bioregulator peptides, in people or in animals. The research behind them, mostly from one group in St Petersburg, measures effects on tissue, gene activity and lifespan. None of it measures how long the peptide stays in the body.

You can compare this against the whole library to see where it sits.

How do I dose and price it?

Enter your vial and your dose. Pick a mix. We show the draw and the cost.

The vial holds a fixed amount of drug. Adding more water does not make more drug, it just spreads it thinner, so you draw a bigger number on the syringe for the same dose.

07

How do you store it?

Before mixing, and after.

Dry powder in the freezer or fridge. Once mixed, fridge, and use within about a month.

Unmixed lyophilized Chonluten keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.

08

What are the side effects and cautions?

Known cautions and warnings for this compound.

Who should avoid it

Check these before anything else.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Any prescription medicine you take regularly, without checking for interactions first
  • Anyone who wants established safety data, because none exists for this compound in humans

Stop and get help

These are emergencies. Seek care.
  • Spreading hives, swelling of the face or throat, or trouble breathing, which can happen with any injection and is a medical emergency
  • Redness, heat, or pus at the injection site, which can signal infection
  • Any severe or unexpected symptom
  • Anything unusual, since there is no known safety profile to compare it against

Common effects

Expected, and usually mild.
  • Little human evidence.
  • Redness, soreness, or a small bump at the injection site
  • Beyond the above, unknown. There is no reliable human data on what this compound commonly causes

Where this page says nothing is established, that means nobody has studied it, not that a compound is safe.

09

Is Chonluten approved?

And where the numbers on this page come from.

No. Chonluten is not approved for any use, anywhere. It is sold labelled for laboratory research only, and there is no legal route to buy it for human use.

The result worth knowing about Chonluten is the one the authors flag as an exception. Alongside the anti-inflammatory effects shared across all five peptides tested, Chonluten roughly doubled the proportion of cells showing an apoptotic profile compared with the others, and it was the only one to trigger a measurable release of TNF from resting monocytes. The authors read this as a distinct regulatory behaviour rather than toxicity, but it is a difference in kind, not degree. Two limits belong on this alongside the result. Everything here is a human leukemia cell line incubated overnight at 100 ng/mL, with no animal or human data, and Khavinson and two colleagues from his Saint Petersburg institute are co-authors, so this is not the independent replication this family of compounds still lacks.
