How do you store it?
Before mixing, and after.Dry powder in the freezer or fridge. Once mixed, fridge, and use within about a month.
Unmixed lyophilized Bronchogen keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.

- Khavinson et al., Peptide Regulation of Gene Expression: A Systematic Review (Molecules 26:7053)(2021)Bronchogen is the tetrapeptide AEDL, and this review sets out the case for how it is supposed to work. The peptide is described as binding the major groove of double-stranded DNA and activating genes tied to lung tissue, including NKX2-1, SCGB1A1 and FOXA2 in differentiation, and MUC4, MUC5AC and SFTPA1 in bronchial epithelium, where reduced expression tracks with lung disease. Two things frame all of this. The review is written by Khavinson and colleagues at the Saint Petersburg institute where these compounds originated, so it is the source group reviewing its own field rather than independent assessment. And the evidence is molecular modelling, binding measurement and cell culture, not trials in people.
