How long does it stay in the body?

BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. The only real figure among them is BPC-157 in rats. TB-500 as sold is a fragment of a protein whose published work is on the full molecule, and GHK-Cu has no published figure for either route.

How do I dose and price it?

The vial holds a fixed amount of drug. Adding more water does not make more drug, it just spreads it thinner, so you draw a bigger number on the syringe for the same dose.

The 5:1:1 ratio at 70 mg is the common one, but 90 mg and 10 mg vials are also sold. At least one vendor lists the ratio backwards on its own product page, putting 50 mg on TB-500 instead of GHK-Cu. Read your label, not the product name.

How do you store it?

Before mixing, and after.

Dry powder in the freezer or fridge. Once mixed, fridge, and use within about a month.

Unmixed lyophilized GLOW blend keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.

  • Layering with strong acids or retinoids on the same area

  • Almost all evidence is from animals, so the human profile is not established
  • Head rush or lightheadedness shortly after injecting
  • Tiredness
  • This is a blend, so the cautions of every peptide in it apply at once. It is also harder to tell which component caused a reaction.

Banned in drug-tested sport. Most research peptides are prohibited under WADA's S0 category, which covers any substance with no approval from any regulatory authority for human use.     BPC-157 was placed in 503A category 2 on 29 September 2023. FDA cited possible immunogenicity for certain routes, complexities with peptide-related impurities and API characterization, and limited or no safety information for the proposed routes. As of the 22 April 2026 version of this page, the substance sits in the second table, headed bulk drug substances nominated but withdrawn, rather than in the live category 2 list. The nomination was withdrawn, which is not the same as being approved or cleared: FDA still publishes the safety language above, and no longer has a nomination in front of it to evaluate.

    FDA's own review concluded the evaluation criteria weigh against these substances. It also records that the nomination packages were inconsistent about whether they meant BPC-157 acetate or free base, which are different active ingredients.
