How do you store it?
Before mixing, and after.Dry powder in the freezer or fridge. Once mixed, fridge, and use within about a month.
Unmixed lyophilized Cortagen keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.

- Khavinson et al., Peptide Regulation of Gene Expression: A Systematic Review (Molecules 26:7053)(2021)Cortagen is the tetrapeptide AEDP. The review's claim for it is narrow: alongside Epitalon, it is reported to drive differentiation of pluripotent cells towards epidermal, mesenchymal and nervous tissue. That is a cell culture result about what a stem cell turns into, not a clinical effect. Two things frame all of this. The review is written by Khavinson and colleagues at the Saint Petersburg institute where these compounds originated, so it is the source group reviewing its own field rather than independent assessment. And the evidence is molecular modelling, binding measurement and cell culture, not trials in people.
