FOXO4-DRI is a specially built (D-retro-inverso) peptide that pries apart a partnership between the proteins FOXO4 and p53 inside aged cells. In plain terms: it is a 'senolytic,' designed to make worn-out 'zombie' cells self-destruct so healthy tissue can take over, with striking animal results but essentially no human safety data.

How does FOXO4-DRI work?

FOXO4-DRI is built backwards on purpose. D-retro-inverso means the amino acids are mirror images assembled in reverse order, which makes it resistant to being broken down.

How do you store it?

Before mixing, and after.

Dry powder in the freezer or fridge. Once mixed, fridge, and use within about a month.

Unmixed lyophilized FOXO4-DRI keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.

Titrate
Starting at a low dose and increasing it slowly over time so your body adjusts and side effects stay mild.

An injection just under the skin, into the fat layer, usually with a short, thin insulin needle.
