How do you store it?
Before mixing, and after.Dry powder in the freezer or fridge. Once mixed, fridge, and use within about a month.
Unmixed lyophilized FOXO4-DRI keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.

FOXO4-DRI was designed to break the FOXO4 and p53 interaction so that senescent cells undergo apoptosis. Everything measured is cells and mice: it blunted doxorubicin toxicity, and it restored fitness, fur density and kidney function in fast-aging and naturally aged mice. The authors' own phrasing is that this held under conditions where the peptide was well tolerated in vivo, which is a dose-finding statement rather than a safety clearance. There is no human study of FOXO4-DRI, and this paper does not claim one.
