How do you store it?

Unmixed lyophilized Mazdutide keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.

Approved by China's regulator in 2025 for weight management and later for type 2 diabetes. It is NOT FDA-approved. The FDA has issued a warning letter to a US peptide vendor selling it, since 'research use only' labeling does not make it legal for human use.
