263 adults, 48 weeks. Mean weight reduction by dose on the efficacy estimand: 9.5 percent at 1 mg, 12.4 percent at 3 mg, 17.6 percent at 6 mg, 20.1 percent at 9 mg, against 0.4 percent on placebo. Lilly notes the endpoints were not adjusted for multiplicity.
