The tachyphylaxis finding belongs to kisspeptin-54, not to the decapeptide sold under this name. In women with hypothalamic amenorrhea on twice-daily kisspeptin-54, luteinizing hormone fell from 23.3 to 1.1 by day 14. Twice-weekly dosing held up across eight weeks. The pituitary stayed responsive, so the fade happens upstream in the hypothalamus. Whether kisspeptin-10 behaves the same way has not been tested, and the two clear at very different rates, about four minutes against twenty-eight.

Unmixed lyophilized Kisspeptin keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.
