What is Kisspeptin?
Plain language first. The technical label stays, but it never stands alone.Overview
It kick-starts your body's own sex-hormone production. That is why it is studied for libido and fertility. It has a gentler feel than PT-141.
Kisspeptin is a natural brain peptide that sits at the very top of the reproductive hormone chain, switching on the neurons that release GnRH.
What it's used for
A peptide that switches on the body's natural sex-hormone signaling, studied for libido, fertility, and hormone support, with a gentler feel than PT-141.
How does Kisspeptin work?
What it does in the body, and where.Kisspeptin sits at the very top of the reproductive hormone chain. Everything downstream depends on it, which is why a fault in it causes puberty not to start.
- 01It switches on the neurons that release GnRHOne step above the hormone that everything else in this category acts on.
- 02Your own hormone cascade followsGnRH prompts LH and FSH, which prompt testosterone or oestrogen. Nothing is supplied from outside.
- 03Working upstream preserves the feedback loopsWhich is the argument for it over supplying hormones directly, though it also means it cannot exceed what your own system will produce.
- 04Human research is real but earlyIt has been studied in fertility clinics as an alternative trigger, and in brain imaging work on arousal.

What else is it used for?
Each use below carries its own evidence level. Approved means regulators have cleared it for that purpose. Investigational means it is in trials. Early research means it is being studied and is not established.

How much, and do you cycle it?
The range, and whether you take breaks.Varies (research), as studied. Should not be given continuously. Response fades within about two weeks of twice-daily dosingHuman study
This one has real tolerance data and it points the opposite way from most peptides here. Twice-daily dosing in women caused the response to collapse inside two weeks, with luteinising hormone falling from 23.3 to 1.1 by day 14. Twice-weekly dosing held up far better. The pituitary itself stayed responsive, so the fade happens upstream in the hypothalamus.

How long does it stay in the body?
The half-life, and where the figure comes from.4 minutes or 28 minutes, depending on the versionHuman study
Kisspeptin-10 clears in about 4 minutes and kisspeptin-54 in about 28 minutes. They are sold under the same name and are not interchangeable.

How do I dose and price it?
Enter your vial and your dose. Pick a mix. We show the draw and the cost. The vial holds a fixed amount of drug. Adding more water does not make more drug, it just spreads it thinner, so you draw a bigger number on the syringe for the same dose.

How do you store it?
Before mixing, and after.Dry powder in the freezer or fridge. Once mixed, fridge, and use within about a month.
Unmixed lyophilized Kisspeptin keeps for a long time cold. Once you add water the clock starts: most reconstituted vials hold up for roughly 28 to 30 days at fridge temperature. Keep it out of light, and do not freeze it after mixing.
