No published human study establishes a dose for this blend. The range comes from vendor and community practice, and is anchored to one component because a blend is one draw: the other components follow at whatever ratio is in your vial.
On a 9 mg and 9 mg vial, the low end of sermorelin's range puts ipamorelin at 200 mcg, inside its own. The high end puts ipamorelin at 500 mcg, about 1.7 times its usual top. The uneven vials sold as 18/15 and 9/15 shift this further, which is why the milligram figure on your own label matters more than the shorthand.

How do you store it?

What has happened recently
The two halves of this blend sit on opposite sides of a line. Sermorelin stayed in FDA compounding Category 1 when 19 other peptides were moved to Category 2, so a licensed pharmacy can legally compound sermorelin with a prescription. Ipamorelin was one of the peptides moved to Category 2, so it cannot be legally compounded. A vial containing both is not the same as a vial of sermorelin, and the legal status of the blend does not follow the easier half.
Banned in drug-tested sport. Most research peptides are prohibited under WADA's S0 category, which covers any substance with no approval from any regulatory authority for human use. That means a compound can be banned without ever being named on the prohibited list. Check with your own anti-doping authority rather than assuming absence from the list means permitted.
