On July 24, 2026, an FDA advisory committee voted by a narrow margin to recommend adding Epitalon to the list of substances pharmacies may compound. The FDA's own scientific reviewers had advised against it. The vote is advice, not a decision. HHS has to accept it and write formal rules first, so compounding Epitalon is still not legal today.

How to mix a 20 mg vial
Find the column for the amount of water you added to the vial. The number is how far to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe, where 100 units is 1 mL. This is arithmetic on the label, not a recommended dose.
